What can I say?! We had an amazing day and a huge chunk of that was down to Sarah - aka Miss Tea! From our very first correspondence (I was a bit apprehensive as I had no idea what I was doing and food is a huge deal!) she made us feel like the responsibility was hers and not ours! We sent a short briefing to her about our likes and definite no no’s! What food gave us happy memories and our absolute favourites and she came up with a menu that wowed everyone and even pleased the fussy ones in the group! She even accommodated for somebody that had allergies but hadn’t told us prior to the day! Nothing was a problem and we just did what felt right - everybody still talks about our food now 6 months on! Sarah did us a Cornish tapas theme that was unique and a bit different - not just tea!! We are so grateful to her for all she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate letting her cook for us again!
