Disorganized and not very serious. On the first appointment with this structure I spoke with the owner, who has extolled his knowledge in the world of organizing receptions thanks, according to him, to countless trips. After the visit to the place, he assured me that the day of the celebration was for exclusive use and, therefore, there would be no other ceremonies at the same time. He made an appointment for me with one of the facility managers for the next day. We have prepared the menu and I have given a deposit of one thousand euros, in cash, as expressly requested. The next day, the manager calls me and tells me that, due to a mistake by his colleagues, that date had already been busy with another celebration (an 18th birthday). I am offered to share the structure even if in two separate areas and I, even if unwillingly, decide to accept (without any price reduction). I am asked to choose the area of the room in which to carry out the reception and I do it ... end of story? NO!! the next day I am contacted with a hands-free phone call from the two directors in which they tell me that, once again, the area I chose was not available because it was already promised to the birthday girl and that, if I wasn't happy with the other area of the room, I could have moved the date to another day. Upon my refusal of both options, after meeting the managers with the owner, I was told that the down payment was lost. Disorganized and incorrect. Avoid them!
