Brenda was my executive, very professional, she always answered my concerns at the moment and was very kind.

My problem was with the providers of the Hacienda, with Mrs. Gaby who assured me that all the flowers were natural when in fact there were artificial flowers in the arrangements (if you clarify this, I can decide whether to leave them or not) my annoyance is that They deceived me as if I were stupid because the quote was for natural flowers. The printing of the menus and the cards of the candy table was terrible, all pixelated, spelling errors in my guest list such as putting doctor instead of lady and the last straw was writing my boyfriend's (now husband's) name wrong, pathetic but true .

My second disagreement is with the music provider, Mr. Dino, from whom I asked for neo-flamenco guitars during dinner and he assured me that they played very well and the musicians seemed to be tuning the guitars with the guests dining, the time between song and song It was very long that I, from the bride and groom's table, listened to what they were saying at 3 tables from me. HORRIBLE in every sense of the word.

As for the food, the risotto was battered, the potatoes raw, and one of the desserts was not what I ordered.

With all this, my experience was not the best, I paid for a service that was not what I expected because you do not pay $2 pesos to have that type of mistakes as basic as a name, like music, like natural flowers, lack of honesty and professionalism. they left a lot to be desired.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT GO !! I am not usually a complicated person and I adapt to the circumstances but if they want to see my face, it purges me.

I went to get my wedding dress in February 2020 and unfortunately due to the pandemic I had to delay the event like many other brides. I left my dress aside with $12,500 and it was made clear to me that the dress could not be ordered from Spain until it was paid in full. (On this date I tried on a size  8) and I had set it aside for a size 10.

My civil wedding will be in Italy and I was always aware of the dress, warning in good time that I was still interested but could not return (being in Italy) since I was solving papers there.

Last week I called the store and they told me that they had ordered my dress and it had already arrived (strange thing because I still hadn't paid for it). First that it had arrived in March after it arrived in September, and still when asking because they did not know the size.

Just today I went to see it, it was labeled on the outside as a size 10. They NEVER asked for it and wanted to sell me an already tried-on dress, deceiving me with the size and demanding that I already have to pay for it.

When checking the internal labels it said size 8, it's a shame that people are deceived like that. And still receive comments of "but it's the model you liked" YES, but it's not the size, "maybe it increased your back" "We have kept it for you for 1 year" Well, yes, because that is the one they already had in the warehouse for to try on, they NEVER asked for it and because I am going to pay for a tried-on dress, it didn't fit me well because it doesn't cost $3 pesos and being 3 past collections.

ZERO professionalism, ZERO honesty, ZERO ethics. Speaking the truth could solve things, but going overboard leaves a very bad taste in the mouth and a very bad experience that translates into NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!
