I find myself reviewing with two stars, not for the quality or beauty of the clothes, which are all truly magnificent, but for what has happened to me.
First of all, from the first appointment, the orders were too insistent on getting the dress bought the same day, repeating over and over that if I hadn't blocked it at that moment I risked not finding it the next day, because they say once purchased it is removed from the sale for the brides of that place (in my case, living over 100 km away, the possibility that another bride would come in one day and choose the same dress was really nil).
The most serious fact of all is that the day before the wedding (30 August) I go to the atelier to collect the dress and I realize that what was supposed to be just a withdrawal was actually a second try (1 day after marriage )!!!
Very serious.
The changes agreed months and months before (last test 12 July) had not been made, and the fold had not been made.
Anna with a lot of professionalism tries to keep calm and make me keep it too, to make up for the shortcomings of someone else who had not even marked the wedding date or September 1st!
I do not wish any stressed bride to arrive the day before and find this surprise.
Final results?
The dress was very nice, but half complete, not as we had established and chosen months before and above all with a really bad fold and the tip of the toes that could be glimpsed at every step. Such a pity .
Probably if I had known that in August they were closed for holidays for a whole month, I would have considered something else.
