I contacted Tatiana on September 4, 2019 to learn a little about her services and to give us a budget for our wedding in 2020. We agreed to have a meeting with her and she decided to travel to our municipality, giving us facilities to meet. From the first moment we loved the sweetness with which he treated us and the treatment he gave us, explaining everything to us with great professionalism and leaving us with a very good taste in our mouths after that first meeting. We were clear that it was what we were looking for and we did not hesitate to hire her. From minute one, he listened to our proposals and adapted to what we wanted for our special day. Like many other couples, almost 3 months after our date, we had to postpone and Tatiana gave us all kinds of facilities, which we greatly appreciated since not all providers behaved that well. He was always there to help us with everything, especially when it came to reconciling with the rest of the suppliers on the new date.
The contact has been fluid throughout the process, being interested in how we were and how we were doing despite the fact that our wedding was still 1 year away.
The setbacks kept happening and we were left without a farm, again Tatiana's support was essential and her words of encouragement were not lacking every time we spoke with her on the phone.
The date arrived (finally!) and everything was simply perfect, thanks to her and her team who worked hard to make it as we had imagined. That day (and also the previous days where the nerves were already on the surface) we were 100% calm because we knew that she had everything under control. So it was. Every corner and every detail left a mark on our guests.
Thank you Tatiana for your professionalism, your closeness and your eternal reassuring smile on this beautiful path that we have traveled together. It would be impossible to imagine our wedding without her by our side. What's more, 2 months have passed and both we and our families continue to remember her with great affection when talking about our day.
