Originally, we had selected Mets des Lys because it was referenced by the estate (Château Beauchêne, Piolenc), and what a reference! Super nice first contact, Matthieu sends us the plates in the minute and offers us a tasting. We were going on an F2 formula (see brochure) and this allowed us to select the cocktail pieces, the workshops, the dish and the sweets for dessert. We enjoyed ourselves, so no doubt, to try is to adopt it! We gradually chose everything without pressure from Matthieu who advised us perfectly! The number of guests has changed, no worries until D-15!

On D-Day, everyone is there at the scheduled time. It's normal, of course, but it sets the tone for the seriousness of the team! The establishment of the cocktail and the room for dinner was done in total autonomy, we were asked only 1 or 2 times for details. Everything was organized to the millimeter and with a lot of adaptability! Until the last minute, everything was possible, incredible! We wanted to postpone the launch of the dinner as we were having a good time at the cocktail party, no problem! We were afraid of the rain during the cocktail: don't worry either, Leïla and her whole team have planned everything!

We feasted ! Flawless! The cocktail pieces (stylish, delicious and in quantity), the gyozas and risotto workshops (there we have a winner, don't miss it!), the prime rib (incredible, and no problem if you want a cooking other than rare), the cheeses, the desserts, the pancake brunch / bacon eggs… A killer, and perfectly consistent with the tasting! All our guests were delighted! And what about the service? No false note! The servers are friendly, smiling, elegant, discreet! A small standing ovation for Leïla who piloted everything with a master hand!

We sincerely and warmly thank Matthieu and the entire Mets des Lys team (especially Leïla)! Everything was PERFECT!
