We had a horrible experience with Fractal Photography - Riviera Maya, DO NOT HIRE THEM you will regret it. After our wedding in September, they ghosted us, did not reply to our emails and text for months. In December when they finally did, they sent us the photos. They said that they are sorry and that they will send the videos in a few weeks. We waited. They kept giving us excuses and then ghosted us again. After calls and texts and emails, they finally replied to us and said that they ruined the computer or the SD Card and that they "needed money" to get it fixed so they can get our videos. Mind you, we just asked for the raw videos because they did not seem reliable and we don't want to wait for the edited version. We started recording their calls and we prepared a police report and the equivalent of a business bureay report. That is when they finally got serious. They finally sent the videos at March 17, 2024. We deserve a refund for the stress, the unprofessionalism, and the anxiety that they gave to us. Very disheartening because they give the industry a bad name. During my wedding, they were late, and we treated them well and served them food. We welcomed them to our home when planning. When they were asking for the payment they were replying very fast, and they even came to our house to bring the credit card swipe machine. They are very prompt during payment (to them) but they ghosted us and did a horrible job. Some of the photos have bad lighting, and not the best quality too. We fully regret hiring them: Gabriel and Marcella specifically. I have proof of all of my claims, including the recording of the calls.

Tuvimos una experiencia horrible con Fractal Photography - Riviera Maya, NO LOS CONTRATES te arrepentirás. Después de nuestra boda en septiembre, nos engañaron y no respondieron a nuestros correos electrónicos ni a nuestros mensajes de texto durante meses. En diciembre cuando finalmente lo hicieron, nos enviaron las fotos. Dijeron que lo sienten y que enviarán los videos en unas semanas. Nosotros esperamos. Siguieron dándonos excusas y luego nos volvieron a engañar. Después de llamadas, mensajes de texto y correos electrónicos, finalmente nos respondieron y dijeron que arruinaron la computadora o la tarjeta SD y que "necesitaban dinero" para arreglarla y poder obtener nuestros videos. Eso sí, solo pedimos los vídeos sin editar porque no parecían fiables y no queremos esperar a la versión editada. Empezamos a grabar sus llamadas y preparamos un informe policial y el equivalente a un informe de oficina de negocios. Fue entonces cuando finalmente se pusieron serios. Finalmente enviaron los videos el 17 de marzo de 2024. Merecemos un reembolso por el estrés, la falta de profesionalismo y la ansiedad que nos dieron. Muy desalentadores porque le dan mala fama a la industria. Durante mi boda llegaron tarde, los tratamos bien y les servimos comida. Les dimos la bienvenida a nuestra casa cuando planificamos. Cuando solicitaron el pago respondieron muy rápido, e incluso vinieron a nuestra casa a traer la máquina lectora de tarjetas de crédito. Son muy rápidos durante el pago (a ellos), pero nos engañaron e hicieron un trabajo horrible. Algunas de las fotos tienen mala iluminación y tampoco la mejor calidad. Lamentamos plenamente haberlos contratado: Gabriel y Marcella específicamente.
