Stay far, far away. Yes his work is good, but you will never get them. Don't be fooled by appearance of professionalism, it is the exact opposite. We were so excited to have booked him for our wedding—the most special day in our lives. He showed up and was very professional and likable, turns out it might just be his narcissism. His contract says the turn around is 8-12 weeks, but we ended up never hearing from him until months later. At this point he goes through a cycle of making false promises and tells you how he's too busy doing every other thing in his life besides delivering on his contract. He will then ghost you and repeat. It is so incomprehensible how wrong it is to take people's money, capture the most beautiful day of their lives, and then disappear. What a disgrace. 

We had a feeling that we weren't the only couple. Turns out, two other couples reached out to us about the same issues. Both have been waiting for over a year and still not a word from Lalo. Save your money and hire literally anyone else who actually cares about their work and creating beautiful memories for couples.
