If there were more stars we would give more! We married on 5th May, not in our chosen place at San Galgano due to an administrative error, but instead had our civil ceremony and our wedding reception at Podernovo di Monticiano under the olive tree in the sun (it pretty much rained solid for our 5 day stay yet we stepped out into the sun!). Diana literally made our wedding happen by speaking to the local Mayor the day we arrived and fast tracking their license to marry there. I was in total bits at being told we may not be able to marry in Italy with half our guests already travelling there, but Diana and her wonderful team pulled off an incredible wedding for us at Podernovo. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Incredible hospitality in a beautiful setting. We cannot wait for anniversaries to come back and visit. Thank you to Diana, Grazia and the team. We will never forget what you did for us that weekend.
