We organized our wedding here, and I must admit that communication was quite complicated, and there were quite a few additional expenses that didn't seem logical for a venue of this type (pool towels...). Once all these issues were discussed and clarified, everything went well.

The place was magical! The rooms were perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The wedding went smoothly.

P.S.: Our contract mentioned air conditioning, which unfortunately had not been installed yet

Lavinia is very kind and cheerful, but unfortunately, it's not enough to organize a wedding. We had planned a medium-sized wedding (100 people) with few but specific requests. For example, we wanted a fairly strict and quick timing for dinner and the sequence of music. None of the requested points were adhered to, and most importantly, Lavinia didn't even realize it. We had to look for her to bring these issues to her attention, and she was nowhere to be found.

I understand that there can be hiccups during a wedding, but for me, the role of a wedding planner is to find solutions quickly, and that wasn't the case here. Honestly, the wedding would have gone better without her, and that's where we see the importance of having a good wedding planner because having a bad one can ruin everything. I believe that Lavinia needs to intern with professionals before she can call herself a wedding planner and take the risk of ruining someone else's wedding day.

P.S.: The worst part for me was the confrontation with Lavinia, where she refuses to question herself and claims she's not responsible for the vendors - vendors she herself recommended. Considering that the biggest problems were related to a lack of respect for timing, I believe it is her responsibility
