The staff was incredible! I had the pleasure to visit this wonderful place for a wedding; that time my my luggage went missing from my train ride up as well and I clearly remember how every member of the staff did everything possible to help me get it back: they called Trenitalia, look for other solutions on google and ask a lot of people they know. They were truly amazing. Breakfast was lovely and the view was great. The staff let me check out late the day I had to leave since I was juggling so many things. They really are an escellent team. The room was not too big, but I have no complaints whatsoever. It was a great experience !!
