BEWARE, customer service is very poor. They are very unprofessional dealing with any mistakes made on ther  behalf. Their goal is to shift blame on customer. I gave a lace saree for matching the blouse material instead their designer cut out the lace saree and made the blouse out of it hence making the saree length 4.5m. Considering such big name this kind of unprofessional work was totally unexpected. I showed them the receipt of saree cost and askied them for a refund of the saree price. The designer said they dont do that. He did not offer any apology or compensation and tried to shift the blame that I gave them fabric not a saree. Its a shame that this big name has such poor work ethics. I live outside the country so obviously probably they dont care about the business. Sad part is they did not cared about their long term client who took me there. Lesson learnt, put every bit in writing. Hope someone will benefit. If you could use Vasanasi, Ranas saree and Zari. Much better work ethics.
