Extremely disappointed with the service from Nitya Bajaj. Horrible experience with the staff named Geeta as she wasn’t helpful at all and is trained to not accept any of their faults. I had order a product for my kid after paying for the order in full and paying Rs 250/- extra for shipping, the order was delivered after two months and in the wrong size and now they are saying they don’t have a return policy so I am stuck with a Rs 6750/- outfit which is not even in the correct size. It’s a 2 year old size and my kid is 4.5 years old. There was no order confirmation, order number or invoice sent by email and nothing with the parcel too. There was no communication whatsoever for the delay in production, shipping etc. On complaining they said none of this is their fault and they can’t accept my return request. They stopped picking up my calls after my first call on realising it’s their fault. Extremely saddened by the brand, never buying from them again.
