Yoga

Not a good instructor and not a good human being. I took a trial class. Ms. Mehar lies a lot and she was doing her own yoga and was not actually telling me how to do it properly. In her first class, she made me do surya namaskar and forward bending exercise even when i told her that I have a back problem. I was unwell for a week after attending her class. She is very much money minded and not much knowledge about health issues.  I wont recommend her.
