In the absence of seeing the results of the photographs and videos taken or feelings forever, I would like to recommend them for the attention they gave us during our wedding. They were attentive at all times for when we needed to take photos with family / friends throughout the event. Our perception is that they covered in an outstanding way the most important events of our wedding, at least 6 people were working both in video and photography, we noticed that their coordination was very good.

The Hacienda Santo Domingo Hunxectaman is beautiful, it has a machine room that can be decorated for events and the esplanade can host a large number of guests.

However, I want to mention that the experience we had when hiring the farm for our wedding was the worst, recently the farm was managed by control tour, a company that offers tours in the state.
Our contract was not fulfilled and at all times the administration was dedicated to hindering us, all in order to carry out a wedding the next day at noon (our wedding ended at 6 am that same day). The pressure they had on us was so much that originally the agreement was that our wedding would end at 6 am, and that there would be no weddings scheduled on the same weekend, however a month and a half before they told us that there would be a wedding at day after ours and they asked us to agree with the bride and groom of said wedding to seek to share certain suppliers / expenses, to which we did not agree at any time, at which point the administration began to press through other means in order to that we left before 6 am (for example wanting to collect deposits that were not included in the contract, commenting that if we did not finish at 4 am, we would have to leave the decoration to the next couple, among others), we even have some evidence of what has been commented.

Lastly, by contract, we had the right to keep what we needed in the winery and we had until Monday at a certain time to pick it up, otherwise there was a fine of 500 pesos per day (as indicated in the contract), However, in our case the administration decided to throw away 8 returnable beer cartons (socks), and when we questioned them they indicated that the banquette and one of my relatives had agreed, which was completely false, since the banquette itself confirmed that they They are aware that returnable bottles should not be thrown away, and neither family member ever gave the order to throw them away, later they commented that as there was a wedding the next day, everything must be disregarded, but the contract does not comment on this, violating by I complete the contract and our right to store things, so we understand that it was a way to retaliate by not giving in to their pressure to finish earlier than our agreement 1st wedding.

This is the only provider for our wedding that we would NOT recommend at all. Terrible customer service and attention.

I recommend Altaporta and its service 100%, the attention of Rebe and Jorge was exceptional, since they were on the lookout throughout the event. We have received various comments from guests, mentioning that the food was delicious and served hot, which is of the utmost importance. Other guests commented on the good presentation of the food. For our part, we cannot fail to mention that all the furniture used in our wedding was of the highest quality, as well as the cutlery. They have a wide variety of furniture to choose from and all very tasteful. Last but not least, the waiter service is excellent, they were attentive at all times of the guests, we did not receive any complaints, Thank you Altaporta, they complied to the letter.
