I’ve had a horrible experience. I was promised an outfit by a certain date, but when the designer updated the merchant saying it couldn’t be fulfilled by said date, the merchant refused to cancel the order and refund me. They kept giving me the runaround. When I threatened to contact my bank and report fraud, that’s when they backtracked and guaranteed delivery. I still asked for the cancellation, but then they told me designer was already producing the item and an order cancellation isn’t possible… This company is a scam. Something doesn’t make sense. I still reported it to my band and received my refund. Beware!!!!! Thieves!!!
