I have not written such a detail review till date but the kind of service I got I had to write it. Just like anyone I have read all the reviews and went to this shop on 15 November. The first thing I have noticed is this guy was too busy and didn't pay much attention to to you requirement. They showed me some cards and I like one so I finalize it and told then that in any case we need cards by 25 Nov because I need them for puja in jalgaon. So they said yes and will give soft copy in couple of days. Then there was no reply from their side for 3-4 days so I had to remind them. Then next day they send me soft copy which has too many mistakes due to made in urgency. Then I have replied them to edit them, again no reply for two days so again I have send multiple mails and call them. No one was picking call they didn't replied to mail and massages you can check screenshot. This editing and frustration scene happened multiple times by the time it was already 26 November and my parents have to go to jalgaon for puja without cards. I told the I will come with cards on 29th. I called them many times they told me cards will be ready. So on 28 I called them and to my surprise they told me that only 180 cards are correct and rest of the cards not printed properly. I was furious. So I told them ok I will pick 180 cards. So he told me that cards will be ready by evening and my bus was in morning so I told him to courier on my address and send me receipt. Again I have to call/msg like thousand times to get reply. He said he has couriered cards but he didn't send me receipt. Finally I have returned to pune on 3rd December and rushed to his shop and surprisingly he has to courier receipt. He told me that the receipt is in bike. So he made me sit for like 1hr then he gone somewhere and arrange some random receipt (I have uploaded here as well). So I used this receipt and check tracking details and there was no tracking details. I called courier shop both in Pune and jalgaon they didn't received any courier they told me that docker number is invalid. Meanwhile this guy was not replying me at all. So again went to his shop on 10th December. To my surprise he has those cards in his shop of two different designs. My parents went to courier office like 5 times, we didn't got cards for puja, he didn't replied to mails/calls/msgs. Please check all the screenshot. I request all the people please do not go to this shop this guy doesn't respect customers. There are many good shops in same area.
