It is not regular to meet castle owners as young as Jaap & Rachna. Creative and well-spirited, they are the friendliest and most accommodating hosts that you could wish to meet. 

Nestled in some of the most beautiful countryside in South West France, and ideally located just a stone's throw from the charmingly quaint Bergerac Airport, their romantic castle with beautiful gardens, lovely renovated barn and romantic little church across the field make Barayre a one-of-a-kind wedding location.

The efforts that they have made to renovate their chateau in a fully eco-responsible way brings something new and unique to the wedding market and fits very well with our own ethical stance.

During the summer of 2020 we worked with Rachna and Jaap to put together a magical editorial at the Chateau and now I can't wait to organize my first wedding with them, at their beautiful castle, very soon!
