From Day 1 to D-Day Castlekey were perfect.

From the first correspondence with Melinda via email and subsequent zoom calls I was really impressed with the professionalism and organisation. Each zoom call was followed by an email for tasks to be completed that week. I felt at ease week by week as Melinda guided me through the wedding planning process. Melinda has a warm, approachable personality that made every call very enjoyable, even the ones that lasted for a few hours! Our wedding was spread over 3 days and we employed Castlekey’s full service; they facilitated on the day coordination of all vendors and ensured our order of events went smoothly and on schedule. This proved invaluable as Melinda led the successful coordination of our welcome event, wedding day and brunch day. Each moment was carried out on time and to my exact requirements, and my guests had a key person to approach if they had any queries.
