Synie's is an amazing wedding cake company! We had a last minute cancellation from a vendor just a few days before our wedding and I was desperate to find someone who could make a cake in just 2 days notice! Synie got back to me promptly and although she had a busy schedule, she agreed to help us out and do our wedding cake. This not only showed she ran an efficient company, but that she was kind and had compassion for others in a tight situation. She was so prompt with replying and instantly gave me confidence that she was an expert in this field. She was so accommodating to our schedule, taste, and budget! I showed her some pictures of wedding cakes I liked, and she went above and beyond what I had expected! With so much on my mind just before the wedding, I was so pleased that I didn't even have to think of the logistics. She coordinated directly with our friend who agreed to bring our cake to our venue 45 km outside of Paris, and gave clear instructions, and literally thought out all the possible scenarios to make this the most seamless process. Our wedding photographer didn't get a good picture of the cake which was a shame because it was stunning! But I emailed Synie and she had taken some beautiful shots and sent it over right away! And not only did the cake look amazing, but it was literally the best cake I've had my entire life! I can't tell you how many guests commented on how delicious it was. Most of my friends and family from Canada made the remark "we were so surprised how good it was because usually wedding cakes are just beautiful but don't taste that amazing...but yours was soooo delicious!". It made me really happy and proud that Synie's did our cake. I've never received such great customer service and I can't wait for the next birthday or special event to use her again!

PS -as an added bonus, she's completely fluent in English and French which makes her an obvious choice for expats like myself, or those who are doing a destination wedding in France.
