The organistion before was conducted in a very professional, warm and untroubling way which did a lot to avoid stress before the wedding. The list of service providers was very useful and enabled us to talk with professionals (Chef, photographer, DJ, live music, florist etc) who both knew what they were talking about and the Domaine.
The day was perfect due to the attentions of the whole Domaine as well as the sun.
The environment was typically south of France with a very historic building that was surrounded by vines and Olive trees.
The external layout was excellent with different areas giving entirely different atmospheres. The rooms were also each very individual and excellently decorated and furnished.
The food was excellent throughout and the only problem we encountered was the Michelin starred chef that we wanted to do the first three courses of our meal had to go into hospital two days before and therefore the Domaine chef had to take over his menu at the last minute and we lost one out of two chefs. This impacted on the length of time we were at the table. Hats off to the Domaine chef for stepping in and producing a high quality meal. His deserts and cheese were excellent too.
We were absolutely enchanted with our day and it will stay in our memories forever.
