We hired Sam to host our wedding rehearsal dinner and we were simply awestruck by the dishes that he presented. From start to finish, we went from one surprise to another. What was really astounding was his capacity to transform recipes and dishes into something completely new. Every dish came with an idea, a place and a story which Sam was delighted to share with us and our guests. His passion is only matched by his technique and skill. We will definitely be hiring him for all our future events.
