My husband and I booked Bruno for our small wedding in the south of France. We live in California and spent a lot of time researching vendors that we thought would suite or style and meet our needs. Right from the start, Bruno was responsive and knowledable. He answered all our questions and was even able to provide us with several vegan and gluten free options if we chose for our menu. Furthermore, he offered a wonderful selction of wines paired with each course throughout our dinner. All we needed to do was tell Bruno the time that we wanted to start eating and gave us the time he would arrive. Bruno and his assistant were right on time, they brought everything they could possibly need to cook in our kitchen and when we offered to help, he more than once said not to worry and that he had it covered. The food was far better than expected. The service/assistant was spectular. The timeliness of the meals and delivery of food to the table was in perfect succession. After we finished our meal, the assistant cleared the table while Bruno cleaned up the kitchen. It was as if they were never even there when they left. We highly recommend Bruno and his service for your event.
