Ripped off! She didn't turn up but sent someone else instead claiming to have had an accident. We had to wait 3 months to get pictures and they were all awful. It looked like she sent an amateur but still maintains that the replacemement was more experienced than her. Meanwhile she said that she wasn't responsive because of her accident. However, we noticed that she did photoshoots the weeks following our wedding and was posting them on her social media. None of the pictures that we have discussed during the pre-wedding briefing were delivered (portraits of our parents - not a single picture!, no pics of our rings, etc.). Pictures were badly timed, badly composed and cheaply edited. Looked nothing like what she is advertising on her webiste and social media. Dubious business. Ripped off. Heart-broken.
