Avoid!! Zero customer service!!

Well I don’t even know where to begin. I had my dream wedding dress invisibles since couple of years ago so it had to be custom made. I found Zoryana because I researched first Prague since I’m from there but living in Stockholm. We agreed regarding the dress but due to COVID I had to fly to her Paris “atelier” for signing contract and take the measurements. It’s funny how overly nice they were first time but once they got the money all changed. What I mainly want to mention is that if you charge for wedding dress 4000€ your atelier should be clean nice and tidy and you should provide perfect customer service during this experience. Their atelier is not clean, it’s very messy and I rather don’t mention the bathroom.
About their customer service I’ve learnt after, I have never got any photos of progress of the dress or anything. After I specifically requested it I got photos when dress was almost ready, then we scheduled my visit and it was different from the photos I’ve provided at the beginning and mainly what we have agreed the first visit. Zoryana knew she will have some fixing to do so she was rude and after that the conversation went to hell.She wasn’t answering properly, at the end they didn’t want to order a schedule pick up for DHL until they received full amount including shipping. That is so rude!!!! We transfered the money, they had them following day, the only thing I requested was for them to send it same day when receiving the money. It was horrible experience!!! I advise everyone to avoid them and on the top of it she didn’t even fix all the changes we agreed on the second visit. I had to have it tailored and it’s very clear now why she didn’t want to do it. Because she would have more work with it and she just wanted to receive the money! Please AVOID!! Now dear zoryana copied my dress and published photos of them everywhere. I am quite sure it’s my exact one dress so the fact she let some individual to put them on took photos of it is beyond rude and I have no words for it. I’ve paid a lot of money for custom made wedding gown, all images were brought by me, she has no right for this. Also the fact the dress didnt arrived ready and I had to have them customized leave you for no words. We have agreed on the changes but she skipped some which would be to much work. 

As I’ve mentioned in first review, it’s not even salon in Paris, it’s just small NOT clean space full of old dusty dresses. Don’t understand who she think she is but the place should have major hygienic checkout if she believes she can sell overpriced stolen models from her customer who she gave zero customer service!!

Please be wiser than me and avoid that place! There’s far better wedding salons in Paris..
