We are a gay couple that live in London, one French and one British.

We had a civil ceremony in London in order to do the legal bit and get it out of the way, but always planned to have our dream wedding in the Bordeaux/St Emilion area of France, as we had visited friends in the area a few times and loved it.

Emma, as our wedding planner, was the first thing we organised for our wedding in France, after finding her online and highly recommended. We loved Emma from the moment we had our first Skype discussion, she got exactly what we were looking for and then from there she organised everything for us, the perfect venue, perfect food, perfect décor and perfect entertainment. She is very professional as well as making the whole experience super fun at the same time, we laughed so much every time we came to Bordeaux.

On our wedding day, after 6 weeks of no rain the thunderstorms arrived the day before, disrupting our original plans. Emma took charge when she arrived on the morning of the wedding day and moved everything around and we think the wedding ended up being even better than we original planned. All our 100 guests said everything about the wedding was fantastic, down to every detail!

Our experience with Emma was so fantastic, a full service wedding planner is the first thing we recommend to anyone getting married, especially if you do not live in the area. If you are getting married in this area of France, Emma should be the first person you book!

Emma was not just our wedding planner but became a very good friend, we will always be grateful to her for making our special day so amazing.
