Contratamos a Lutton como nuestro fotógrafo de boda basándonos en su trabajo y en su precio de servicio razonable.
Al principio nuestra experiencia con Lutton fue bastante positiva. Fue muy agradable y proactivo, nos hizo una sesión de fotos antes de la boda y trajo un segundo fotógrafo a la boda para asegurar una buena cobertura sin ningún coste extra. Durante la boda trabajó con mucha profesionalidad, fue muy poco invasivo y se quedaron hasta el final.
Desafortunadamente después de la boda todo se vino abajo. Le llevó nueve meses entregarnos el álbum, en vez de los 2-3 meses prometidos. Mencionó algunos problemas personales como motivo de esta tardanza, pero la verdadera decepción fue la falta y el terrible estilo de comunicación. Después de la boda no contestaba a muchos mensajes, hizo promesas de entregas que no cumplía, nos hacía sentir que éramos unos pesados por preguntar etc.. Todo esto nos hizo dudar en varias ocasiones de que recibiríamos el trabajo acabado. Cuando por fin recibimos las fotos, toda la magia y la anticipación había desaparecido. Las fotos en sí están bien, pero les faltaba algo de creatividad y visión en comparación con otros fotógrafos en este rango de precio. La sensación final ha sido de decepción absoluta por lo que no podemos recomendar a Lutton.

We hired Lutton as our wedding photographer based on his portfolio and a reasonable price.
Our initial experience with Lutton was quite positive. He was pleasant and accommodating during our early interactions, and without extra cost he did a pre-wedding photo session and brought a 2nd photographer to the wedding to assure good coverage. During the wedding he worked hard, did not take too much presence and was unrushed.

Unfortunately after the wedding it all fell apart. It took nine months for the album to be ready, instead of the 2-3 months promised. Some personal issues were indicated, but the true let down was his very poor communication style. During the time post wedding he was unresponsive, he made promises he did not deliver or said things that ultimately were not correct, and at times made us feel we were even a burden for asking. The photos itself were fine, but did lack some of the creativity and inventiveness seen with other photographers in this price range, but by the time they finally arrived all the magic and anticipation was gone. So in the end we were deeply disappointed and cannot recommend Lutton.
