I have been calling your company from so many times during yesterday and today.
Yesterday I called many times cause there was confusion about pick up time, driver told the group leader he will be at AC Valencia hotel at 09:30, even tho this has been booked for more than 2 months as 9 am pick up, so I spend so many hours yesterday calling you to get to someone who can sort it out and I was promised 9 am pick up.
I also texted driver about it, in spanish.
Today morning group leader called you and you also promised them 9 am pick up! an it ended up coming an hour late, even tho I expressed that these clients are important and they must stick to the schedule as they are doing events so they have spent money on taxis and still had their event delayed. Their events are starting later and their duration has been cut, our clients and partners are not receiving the maximum from our services. To fix your mistakes we are also spending more money on other kinds of transport. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not trust them with clients. The CC workers who pick up the phones don't even know anything! Not even their own terms&conditions. They will take your money, leave you with bad and unfulfilled service, with needing to spend extra on taxis, and then ignore you
