My husband and I got married last June in Toledo, Spain. I am Canadian and he is a Spanish Native. We hired Rafael Torres after long months of searching for a photographer. We finally came across Rafael’s portfolio and his style really stood out. One phone call with him and we were completely charmed by how friendly and enthusiastic he was.
Rafa is a delight to deal with, but also it’s obvious he really enjoys what he does: telling a story!

His communication from the beginning was outstanding. My husband and I were given a form to fill out with questions pertaining to who we were, the story of how we met and what kind of expectations we had with regards to wedding photography. He definitely used this information to better understand our needs and dreams. On the weekend of the wedding, Rafa arrived from Seville 1 day before the wedding to get acquainted with us and visit the venue. On the day of the wedding he followed both my husband and myself as we got ready separately. It was an incredibly hot day but Rafa never once complained about anything, he was like part of the decor! Very subtly capturing all the most precious moments of spontaneity without ever getting in the way of preparations.

He was unbelievably polite and attentive and gave us really great direction and input later on during our official photo session. The result: over 2000 amazing photos that are all so good, it is impossible to choose which ones to keep for our album! I want all of them!
When Rafa accompanied us and some of our guests the following day for a post-wedding shoot in another location, Our guests agreed he and his assistant were the ultimate professionals. I recommend Rafa with all my heart, because he himself is truly full of heart. Rafa, you are the best!!
