My order number 79826287 has not been delivered on the ordered date, 9/9/23. It was a bouquet of flowers for a bride on her wedding day in Romania that I couldn't attend. It is a shame and a huge disappointment because there is a lot of emotional charge in the product they sell and failing in this way means looking very bad and failing loved ones. I will never use this website again, and I plan to leave my opinion expressed everywhere I can to prevent others from going through this. Of course I DEMAND my money back as soon as possible. The day after the supposed delivery it still appears that it is being prepared, a Scam!
