This place is an absolute fairytale. 

There is nothing I can say that can explain how beautiful this venue is. From the moment we entered the gates, our breaths were completely taken away. Cigarral del Angel has two different "zones" to choose from, and they are both uniquely beautiful. We chose the zone by the river because we wanted the city of Toledo to be in the background of our photos. Though slightly more expensive, it was definitely worth the cost. 

Throughout the property, there are many different sections and places that you can go to take photos (much to the delight of our photographers and guests). This also means that you have the choice of having the ceremony, cocktail, reception, and dance in different areas of the venue at no extra cost. All of the sections within the zone are accessible to you, even if you choose not to use them. 

For us, the experience did not end there Miriam & the staff at Cigarral del Angel were AMAZING. From start to finish, Miriam was there to answer all my questions and assist with every single detail. I need to also mention that I do not live in Spain, so the entire wedding planning process was done by email only. This was not easy at all because I had so many requirements, and Miriam was able to grant every single one of my wishes. I had so many special requests, and all of them were fulfilled happily, quickly, and patiently. When Miriam did not have the answer, she would find out for me and answer me as soon as possible. In fact, if you get married here, you will not need a wedding planner because Miriam will take care of everything for you. The best part of the planning process was how patient Miriam was. There were so many details and factors that I was not able to finalize until a week before the wedding and I was never rushed to make a decision. 

Finally, the wedding day-how beautiful and perfect it was! When we visited Cigarral del Angel the first time, it was a rainy day, but still beautiful. On our wedding day, the weather was sunny and the venue was a million times more breathtaking than we imagined it to be. It was like a fairytale. Everything was perfect: the ceremony, the cocktail, the extra services, the decorations, the reception, and the dance. C

igarral del Angel was even better than the dreams I had for my wedding. I am so happy we selected this venue because I do not think anywhere else could have been better than this. Every single one of our friends and family had to travel long distances to come to Toledo for our wedding, and they were all impressed with the venue and the whole execution. Thank you, Miriam & the Cigarral del Angel team for everything you've done for our special day. We can not thank you enough!
