I want to make it public the awful behaviour of a receptionist in your jewlery shop of Madrid when we visited to speak to one of your managers Alberto whom we know well and who is super efficacious, friendly and respectful with a vbiew to buy some good.

we arrived about 15 minutes before closing and perhaps that was the reason for the dreadfull treatment we received. The recepctionist under thge name of MARIA ROSENDO OF RABAT did not realize we understood Spanish because we were speaking Englkish... she strated complaining and being extremely rude using unapropiate language. Quite remarkable that a receptionist who is supposed to be friendly and educated with the client behaves like that, it is totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
