We got married in Benigalip in September 2018. The property is beautiful and well taken care and the team was flexible in facilitating others vendors job such as catering. 

However we were disapointed  by the professionalism of the Benigalip staff on the day of the wedding and the fact that the main POC never followed up with us after the wedding to make sure everything turned out well since she was not there.

The person that managed the event and told us to count with her to 1) coordination of guests/buses (parking is far away from the dinner area), 2) room opening in case we had mum's with babies that needed a private space and 3) helping us storing our presents. I saw her twice in the whole night (one in the rest room, she did not check on us ever during dinner nor afterwards until everything was over. My husband and sister and once myself (with the dress...) had to get up during dinner several times to coordinate and talk with the buses. Even my mum had to wait alone with guests in the main entrance for 40min until a taxi came. In such a special night you expect to be able to enjoy every minute and not be coming-going to coordinate stuff that in theory was taken care of. **If you book Benigalip make sure to hire someone to manage these things**

Nos casamos en Benigalip en Septiempre de 2018. La propiedad es preciosa y está bien cuidada y son flexibles en facilitar horarios para que los proveedores puedan dejar todo comodamente. A pesar de esto nos decepcionó bastante la atención recibida el mismo día de la boda y que la encargada no hiciese seguimiento con nosotros tras la boda para ver si todo había salido bien.

La persona que estuvo durante la celebración y nos dijo que contaremos con ella para 1) coordinación de autobuses, 2) apertura de sala en caso de madres con bebés en lactancia y 3) ayuda para guardar los regalos. En toda la noche solo vi a Judith dos veces (una porque la encontré en el WC), mi marido y mi hermana e incluso yo (con el vestido...) tuvimos que levantarnos en la cena para coordinar y salir del baile en numerosas ocasiones para hablar con los autobuses... Además, mi madre tuvo que esperar 40min en la puerta de la finca para que llegase un taxi para un grupo de invitados...En una noche tan especial que quieres disfrutar con tu familia y no estar pendiente de otras cosas, fue una pena que no cumpliesen con el apoyo que nos habían asegurado. **Si vais a reservar Benigalip aseguraros de contratar a alguien que haga estás funciones porque ellos no dan soporte**
