Bettina planned, organised and executed a fantastic wedding for us at the Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt. From our very first meeting we felt that she was keen to get to know us and she always took the time to properly understand our ideas and tastes. On the day I felt completely relaxed knowing that she and her colleague had everything in hand. Even when a few things did not quite go to plan for reasons outside our control (e.g. father-of-the bride shoe disaster!) she was always there in a flash to find an optimal solution and help us make key decisions in the moment. For that high level of service and great communication we are extremely grateful.
