When we first started thinking about doing a destination wedding in Cartagena we weren't sure where to start. Beyond just the difficulities of not knowing anything about weddings itself to try and plan it from a different country is a whole another hurdle. Emma was given to us through a contact of my brothers and I am really glad we worked with her in the end. I think one of the biggest issues is being able to trust that you are getting what you pay for and beyond that just getting what you want in general, and Emma is a real professional. She knows Cartagena very well, has many contacts and will give you a wide range of options. She doesn't push anything on you and allows you to speak your mind about what you want and beyond all of that what she offers is top quality. All I can say is I was blown away by our flowers! She is flexible and remembered so many little details that I totally forgot. I had also had some family difficulites in November (our wedding was in March 2024) and wasn't in contact as much but it didn't effect anything, she filled in the gaps for so many things. She also brings a team of people with her the day of and it was really a whole production that made me feel comfortable .. I was actually able to enjoy myself lol. She's honest, resourceful, has experience and knows how to negotiate on your behalf. Also, she speaks both English and Spanish (which was great for me!). I would totally recommend her, our wedding day was so beautiful <3.
