We contacted Jan to help us with a ceremony to renew our wedding vows for our 25th anniversary in Lucerne. Not only did he work with us to put together a ceremony tailored to our wishes (and all the fine details to go with it), but he also helped arrange for flowers, a photographer, and transportation for our guests to go from the town to the castle where the ceremony was to be held. He connected us to a caterer for a reception after the ceremony, too. We are sure would have helped with more arrangements if we had needed them. It was a big relief to know he was there to coordinate arrangements for us in Lucerne locally, which would have been very difficult for us to do from the United States (due to time and language differences).

From the time of our first contact via email, Jan was professional and responsive. He speaks and writes English very well, which we appreciated - as our German was quite poor! He held two Zoom meetings with us to work through the details, and the service he provided was excellent and very thoughtful. All requests were arranged and fulfilled as agreed, for a reasonable fee. We are very happy with the results of our big celebration and would not hesitate to recommend him to others planning a wedding in Switzerland. Thank you Jan!
