Hiring Haissa and her team at Vila was the best decision I made! I live in the United States and planned a destination wedding in Ouro Preto. Half of our guest were from the United States and the other half from BH. This was quit a challenge to plan from a distance but Haissa helped me every single day and was able to take care of all the little details I never would have thought of. Haissa, helped me find most of our venders, facilitated all payments to vendors and even participated in food testing in my absence. I will be honest planning this wedding was one of the most difficult projects I have worked on not only because weddings are stressful but because of the distance and time constraints (6 months). Haissa took the impossible and made it possible! I only arrived to Brazil a week before the wedding day and as you can imagine it was very stressful and literally every little thing that could go wrong did But Haissa fixed it all! I went go in to detail but just to give some insight the groom’s suite was lost at the airport and I the bride had an allergic reaction on my skin day of the wedding. The day of was very intense and as I was about to walk down the aisle the comb to my veil fell off and my maid of honor’s dress ripped. Haissa fixed it all and sewed everything in a matter of minutes! Once the ceremony started it was smooth sailing and everything fell into place and was perfection ! Haissa took such good care of me throughout the whole party ensuring everything went according to the timeline, feeding me and she even made sure I always had a clean glass of champagne for photos! She gave 5 star service and completely surpassed my expectations. By the end of it all, I felt so close to Haissa like we faced a battle together! Hahaha! She saved our wedding so many times! For anyone looking for a wedding planner I 100% recomend Vila!
