The floral arrangements were beautiful, the service was good and everything was in a timely manner.

I want to start by clarifying that we hire the BRANCH OF CANCUN. Ms. Karen López offers a lousy service, we planned our wedding from Switzerland and after two emails, she stopped responding to my messages. Fortunately, an acquaintance lives in Cancun and she helped us personally by going to the European Cancun and hiring the service there since we would not have succeeded otherwise. Once the service was contracted, it was good and everything in order, but if you live abroad and cannot physically place the order, which in full 2019 is absurd that one cannot do things online. DO NOT COUNT as an option with this provider. It is a pity because the branches of Mexico City are highly recommended and I do not doubt its quality of service but only this branch has online service but the Cancun branch does not have it which is absurd and bad for a company that it Branch on the other hand has such a low quality, one expects a service like that of Mexico City, if you go to google and Facebook the reviews of the European cancun are very low. Do not be fooled, although they have the same name, customer quality differs too much from Mexico City to Cancun.

We planned our wedding from Switzerland and it was a bit difficult because of the different schedules, however everything went well, the attention was good and we had an unforgettable day. It was a dream wedding, the staff took care of everything and we could enjoy that day without worries, the room was beautiful with a spectacular view. The wedding night the room was arranged very romantic. A good option for such a special day <3
