I was at a wedding in San Miguel Allende on March 18 where they served the banquet.

I was very surprised, that the fish that I barely tried was bad, the texture was weird and the taste too, so I only ate one bite and left it. Two hours later I had a rash on my face and a terrible stomach upset that forced me to leave the party and stay in bed all day unable to go out due to the diarrhea it caused me.

I must say that I am very surprised by this "carelessness or accident" on your part, since I have been to different events in which you have served and the quality of the food always seemed first class.

I also want to mention that the service from their waiters was great, it's a pity that I couldn't enjoy the party because of the damage that the food did to me.
