Everything could have been perfect without the over-zealousness of the housekeeper. She arrived at 4 am to check that the room had been tidied up, which was the case except for the DJ who had not finished putting his equipment away. Unfortunately, he exceeded the time by 1 hour 30 minutes, or 1000 € invoiced in addition (read the different clauses of the contract: 500 € per hour started).
Not content with ruining the end of the wedding, she asked to check the number of people in the reserved rooms and forced the bride and groom to have them opened at 4 a.m. and wake everyone up. HAD SHE RIGHT?
The bathroom door of one of the bedrooms got stuck with someone inside. Despite the intervention of the maintenance man, it was impossible to open it. It was therefore necessary to force the opening, I do not see what could have done more the housekeeper arrived 1 hour later. The only damage observed: some splinters of wood (cost 700 € still more). IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ENSURED FIRST THAT EVERYTHING WORKED OK IN THE BEDROOMS.
